Source potential candidates from various online channels .social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Monster etc
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Advertise job openings on company s careers page social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Bulk Hiring
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill time-to-hire and source of hire
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board.Handle end to end recruitment (from joining to exit formalities)Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Source potential candidates from various online channels (eg social media and professional platforms like Naukri Indeed and Monster etc Performing reference and background checks
