Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment; both IT & non-IT, for top-notch clients i.e. sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
- Recruiter should be able to source a pool of candidates, do the telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up(s)
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
- Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status
- Knowledge of major job-portals, LinkedIn and other classified job sites (added advantage)
- Client Interaction & Coordination as and when required
Key Skills
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- For a recruiter – Patience is the key!
- Should be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization
- Should be a self-motivator and work as an independent contributor
- Knowledge of MS-Office suite i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Experience:
- Work: Minimum 6 months as recruiter
- Freshers with HR background may also apply.
