Job Description:
Manage employees by setting up company policies and recruit suitable candidates
● Supervise administrative functions.
● Coordinate and evaluate HR plans and programs.
● Manage the company recruitment process.
● Develop fair HR policies.
● Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, references, databases as per Requirement.
● Conducting preliminary interviews.
● Lionizing/Requirement gathering with the client.
● CV screening/shortlisting.
● Cold Calling.
● Coordinating scheduling of interviews. Explaining the job profile to the potential
candidates/resources.
● Resolving queries from potential candidates/resources in regards to the subjected
requirement.
● Preparing MIS reports on the resource
Responsibilities
● Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source
candidates for open jobs
● Contact the candidates with relevant profile and arrange the interview schedule
● Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and
manage the procurement and measurement process.
● Manage the onboarding formalities, prepare & issue relevant letters.
● Monitor the attendance of the employees at the office
● Maintaining attendance and salaries on the monthly mod
● Responsible for all Performance Management activities
