Key Areas of Responsibility
Managing end to end recruitment cycle - includes head hunting, screening, interviewing, negotiating and follows up’s till candidate onboard
Effective communication with the client
Good team player and team builder, capable of multi-tasking in different key roles as the situation demand
Complete ownership of the position closures through conventional and non-conventional sources
Adhere to the process in fulfilling the recruitment cycle with the company standards
Client Handling:
o Ensuring maximum information is extracted from the client on the new job descriptions by taking up position championship
o Getting the feedback on the profiles sent
o Providing information to client, taken from the candidates as feedback and the post interview questions
o Follow up with the clients on a daily basis to know the interview results/status
