Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to understand the candidate's competencies like interest towards the job, technical skills, qualification etc., for determining the suitability to match the requirement.
Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview.
Following up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep, the respective departments informed.
Preparing daily as well as weekly tracker and updating.
