· Managing end to end recruitment cycle from preparing the job descriptions to on board candidate.
· Payroll management.
· Leave and attendance management.
· Training and Development
· Coordinate with Top management for strategy and policy formulation in alignment with company’s goals.
· Facility management.
· Handling Joining and Exit Formalities
· Documentation or records management.
· Vendor management and facility management
· Other HR Activities.
