1. Sourcing Candidates via Online Portals & Advertisements (20%)
2. Develop Candidate Pipeline via References and Head-Hunting (20%)
3. Telephonic Interview and Scheduling Candidates for Open Positions pan-India (20%)
4. Payroll & Attendance Monitoring for 4-5 Branches. (10%)
5. Induction & Training of new and existing Employees (10%)
6. General Administrative work including Office Management, MIS Reporting, Facility Management etc. (20%)
Required Candidate Profile
1. Should have good working knowledge of computers, MS Office
2. Should have good communication skills and presentability
3. Prior knowledge of various online and offline modes of Candidate Sourcing
4. Dedication and Sincerity with a Long Term Stable job Outlook.
