We have an opportunity for the post of HR Executive.

Role

: Recruitment and Operations

Location: CST, Mumbai 
Job Summary: Will be responsible for end to end recruitment and HR Operations. 
Reports to: Asst. Manager- HR (Designation) 
Profile
1. End to End recruitment on all levels based on the Hiring Plan for the Month.
2. Hands on various Sourcing Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Mirraw Career Portal etc.)
3. Sketch a plan for Yearly Campus Drives through understanding from the Directors/ HoDs on Requirements.
4. Responsible for On-boarding activities, Buddy Allocation, JD Creation, HRIS Enrollment and Joining Data of all employees.
5. Responsible for generation of HR related letters (Appointment/Confirmation etc.)
6. Co-operate with Matrix on background verifications of new recruits and maintain records of same.
7. Responsible for handling salary processing (Attendance)/ (New Joinees & Exits) of new recruits.
8. Generation of HR related letters regarding respective activities (PIP/ Probation Extension/ Relieving).
9. Ensure accurate and timely data updates in the system.
10. Interact with HRIS vendor responsible to communicate on issues and changes regarding the HRIS portal.
11. Initiate offboarding processes for employees after receiving intimation from respective Team Heads.
12. Responsible for collating Exit forms and maintain Data.
13. Responsible for MIS reports on daily basis and compliance reports on a monthly basis.
14. Responsible for collating reports on Exit/Appraisal/Transfer activities and present them to the management when required.
15. Generate Yearly Calendar and Ideas around Employee Engagement Activities and implementation of the same on monthly basis. (Minimum 2 activities a month)
16. Assisting in Training & Development and Organizational Development practices.
