JOB DESCRIPTION:
Selected Candidate day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manpower Acquisition, ( Making Manpower requisition form)
2. Recruitment Process-Making JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, joining formalities and issuing offer letter, appointment letter.
3.Maintaining Employees record
4.Providing Payroll Inputs to the finance department for the salary process
5.Ensuring the proper flow of the Training process
6.Explain human resource policies & procedures to all employees
7.Providing relieving and experience letter to employees
8. Maintaining the record of Attendance and Leaves of Employees
9.Maintaining the employee files and maintaining it
