o End to end recruitments of all levels including trainees, executives, senior management, project heads, etc.
o Handling employee grievances, employee relations, exit formalities.
o Taking care of HR compliances including timely filing of PF/ESI challans
o Preparation and timely disbursal of employee salaries for approximately 65+employees,
o Representing company in various pf/esi matters of legal nature.
o Involved in managing a team for arranging different events, oraganising training sessions, etc.
