Job Description

Housekeeping Executive  are in charge of overseeing and directing the cleaning activities of the property .The executive housekeeper informs workers about the procedures and policies that have to be followed while cleaning rooms. Housekeeping Executive must be able to promote a positive image of the property to its residents. He/she should be honest, friendly, presentable and be able to help the residents with their queries. This is a residential post. The executive must stay in the property

Roles and  Responsibilities

  • Administer all housekeeping works to ensure a clean and safe environment for the guests
  • Responsible for following the standard operating procedures
  • Administer efficient working of all housekeeping staffs at all times to ensure compliance to all operational standards and organization regulations
  • Responsible for the overall maintenance, cleanliness of the property
  • Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.
  • Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty.
  • Ensure to have minimum wastage and breakage.
  • Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully

Required Experience and Qualifications
Housekeeping experience from hotel industries is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
