Duties & Responsibilities-
• Clean Room, change linen, Collect and dispose of trash after checkout and as requested.
• Assists in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for Guests.
• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Notify managers of necessary repairs.
• Assist guests when necessary.
• Keep linen room stocked.
• Properly clean upholstered furniture.
Good To have -
1. Ensure excellence in housekeeping sanitation, safety, comfort and aesthetics for hotel guests.
2. Prepare duty rosters and supervise the discipline and conduct of her staff.
3. Counsel and motivate employees on various duties.
4. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for cleaning and develop new procedures to increase efficiency of labor and product use.
5. Search and test new techniques and products in the market.
