Job description

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to organize and oversee daily operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and helping people reach their full potential.


Community & Hospitality managers always focused on ensuring excellent customer experience. They are leaders and problem solvers. Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.


• Build good relationship and rapport with clients to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner.

• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

• Develop effective working relationships with client/customer through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.

• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in social media marketing

• Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms

• Running Business center on a day-to-day basis, focus is to increase client retention through the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service.

• Playing a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business, and implementing company policy at operational level, to achieve and maintain high standards at all times

• Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.

• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

• Build long-term relationships and work quickly to address and resolve clients and customers issues

• Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency

• Perform and supervise general office activities, such as greeting visitors, filing, photocopying, faxing, processing outgoing and incoming mail, routing and screening all incoming calls, and distributing messages to appropriate team members.

• Ensure that conference rooms, meeting rooms and reception areas are ready for meetings.

• Resolve issues of maintenance and malfunctioning appliances for quick repair in order to ensure clients comfort and satisfaction.

• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g. electricians)

• Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative, house- Keeping and staff members.

• Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff

• Ensuring that all the health and safety standards are adhered to

• Organize Fun Social Events


Required Candidate profile

• Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations

• Excellent ability to effectively communicate in both a verbal and written manner (director & above level).

• Excellent telephone receptionist skills with a thorough knowledge of telephone etiquette.

• Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team

• Basic IT knowledge must

• Proven experience as hospitality manager

• Hands-on experience in customer service or sales

• Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices

• Ability to work in a self-directed, organized manner
