Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Transfer data from database to excel.
2. Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
3. Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
4. Verify data by comparing it to source.
5. Update data to provided web form
6. Produce reports
7. Retrieve data as requested
8. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
9. Sort and organize data after entering data
Desire Skill Set:
1. Fast typing skills
2. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
3. Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Google Sheets etc.
4. Basic understanding of databases
