Responsibilities and Duties

Answer calls/Email/Chat professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers\' requests.

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Qualifications and Skills

Should have very good Analytical skills He or she should be very good with numbers. Should have very good interpersonal skills with decent verbal and written communication skills.
