Job Description: Agency Channel
- To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the managements business plan.
- To set targets for advisors & meet expected sales target consistently.
- To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisors.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing.
- At least 1 years of Sales Experience
- Fairly good command over English as well as local language.
- Age min. 24 - 35 yrs
- Should be local or in same location for more than 2 years
