Guest Relation Executive
Guest relation Executive GRE’s are responsible for the pleasant welcome while check-in and ensure comfortable stay at the hotel. Their responsibilities include greeting the client, coordinating with them , providing them with best hospitality service and warm goodbye during check-out. Should be available whenever the guest requires and satisfy their needs. Maintain friendly communication with guest/client , with the ability to resolve any issues or feedback in a timely manner.
