§ Travel from Office Location to customer's home or work place for the gold appraisal and loan process
§ Explain all loan schemes to customers
§ Complete the KYC process
§ Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid, salt water or any other technique
§ Handle gold ornaments carefully
§ Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches
§ Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer
§ Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer
§ Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred
§ Return to Office and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage
