Ensures integration and coordination of all social events.

Assures that effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented.
Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.
Establishes quantity and quality output standards for personnel in all positions within the department Assists in planning and implementing procedures for special club events and banquet functions.
Maintains good grooming and hospitality look .
Greets guests and oversees actual service on a routine, random basis.
Addresses member and guest complaints and advises the Property Manager about appropriate corrective actions taken.
Develops new and innovative ways in which to stimulate member activities and participation in Club events.
Maintains appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
Verifies all product invoices before submitting to the accounting department.
Maintains records of special event.
Maintain records of all Club members , their I-cards and attendance of all service partner staffs .
Takes rounds and ensure proper upkeep of Clubhouse and equipments are kept in an orderly manner.
Ensure proper inventory and usage register and timely replenishment or requisition of all regular supplies
Ensures sending of Daily Report as per agreed timelines every day in the morning .
Ensures Monthly Management Report is prepared and shared to Property Manager.
Manages all amenities in an orderly manner .
Monitors , do follow-ups for servicing and ensures records of all AMC servicing of all Gym equipments, Steam and Sauna, Spa equipments and other amenities
