Job Description:
Definitely should have good english communications skill, both verbal and written
Should be comfortable with MS Office tools and Internet
Talk to visitors and attend front desk phone calls
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Attending the telephone calls on time and reverting back
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers.
Taking out work from peons/ office boys on timely basis
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
Update thought of the day and other event activities on notice board of the company
Coordinate with the Accounts executive and fulfill the work to be executed
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scheduling calendars and events etc.
