-Responsible for developing franchisee partners and expand business.
-Identify the potential Investors through various sources.
-Present business plans with potential client and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.
-Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to sales processes.
-Finalization of all Franchises & guiding them, explaining ROI to them, helping out to the franchise owner to set up the Store.
-Coordination with the operations team for proper & complete setup.
