Job Profile -
1) Designing footwear and accessories as per trend and market fit. Participate in research to identify customer’s expectations.
2) Assist in creating a portfolio of footwear for the brand
3) Developing illustrations and 2D drawings for new design concept.
4) Ability to review products, identify risks in wear & production and recommend improvisations in an accordance.
5) Sourcing of raw material
6) Ensuring quality control.
7) Managing social media profile, assist in marketing activities
Criteria for right candidate-
1) Completed specialized course in footwear and accessories designing from a reputed institute
2) Creative though process
3) Proficient in product designing software tools including but not limited to Adobe creative suite, Photoshop and CorelDraw.
4) Good understanding of quality testing of the products.
