Job Description
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
Adhere to the relevant task list given by the supervisor
To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept hygienic, clean and organized at all times
Preparing and cooking all food items as per standard operating procedure
Ensure professional, high quality work standards are met
Ensure FIFO is followed for all food and canned items on a daily basis
Helping with receiving regular deliveries of fresh ingredients and dry stock
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Store foods in designated areas
Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food
Maintain stable performance under pressure and in stressful work situations.
Prepare food in proper portions with correct packaging
To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
Able to organise the assigned work area and efficiently put away order
Note - Job contract is for 3 months only, post reviewing performance contract period can be extended.
