To handles sales for Spices (FMCG) through Chanel and retail sales.
Appointing & monitoring Channel Partner, Dealer network & to handle sales Distributors in assigned location.
Handle Assigned territory, achieve budgeted Sales target Through Channel & Retail sales
Promoting new products and any special deals in the assigned location.
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Should be a strong strategy planner, innovative thinker, and doer
Keep track of competition activity in the market i.e. Competitor Mapping.
Customer Relationship management with Dealer, retailers and CNF.
Managing the existing share of business.
Sales forecasting and control.
Preparation / designing of Sales / Collection Budget for the State Product / Territory wise looking into organizational (product) strength and Market Potential.
Managing complete business operations inclusive of total turnaround with accountability for profitability.
