Floor management Officer Under Airport D.G.C.A Approved

Requirements :  -  

• Airline ticketing officers handle ticket sales for airlines at airports. 
  
• They are often the first person to greet a customer who enters the airport. 
  
• Ticketing agents are expected to be clean and neat in appearance in accordance with airline standards. 
  
• Airlines often issue employees uniforms and badges for security purposes. 
  
• Good communication skills are also important since the ticketing agent will deal with customers in every aspect of the position.
  

• Greeting passengers and customers that approach the counter.
  
• Providing information regarding dates, prices, and availability of flights.
  
• Issuing flight tickets and reservations.
  
• Helping passengers with modifications or cancellations of their existing reservations.
  
• Helping passengers check-in for flights.
  
• Helping passengers with special needs.
  
• Checking luggage.
  
• Announcing flight delays or changes.
  
• Salary - 15000/-  to 25000/- + P.F + E.S.I
