Responsibilities:
● Oversee and review transactions related to the resale of software; validate and approve purchase
orders and corresponding client billings; review accounting recognition
● Oversee classification of different spend and spend management
● Validate and approve transaction batches in sub ledgers process, review and approve vendor
payments and client invoicing
● Reconcile various AP and AR accounts associated with the Software and Media transactions
● Support weekly AP payment processes, data integration into the AP system, and other AP
functions
● Proactively identify and implement ways to streamline manual processes, utilising system
capabilities and improving business process flows
● Maintain policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are executed and
documented in accordance with company and GAAP standards
● Develop, maintain, and oversee proper internal control
● Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, preferred
● 4-5 years accounts receivable or general accounting experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organisational skills; must be detail-oriented
● Experience with Quick books or equivalent accounting system preferred
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel (V Lookup, Pivot Tables, Mail merge,
etc.)
● Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
● Ability to meet deadlines
● Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
● Self-motivated
● Ability to work effectively with all levels within an organisation
