Finance cum HR Executive (Direct-Walkin)

Finance cum HR Executive:-

• Freshers / 0-1 year Experience can apply
• Any Graduation with Finance / Account background will be preferred

Job Description:-

• Maintenance of proper records, books of accounts and adequate documentation of all transactions
• Funds management (Cash-flow Management)
• MIS Reporting on profitability statements including project costing
• Preparation of financials and liaison with external auditors for IFRS, GST, Income tax and Statutory audits
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Cash flow projections
• Monthly closing of books
• Prepare and generate Payroll reconciliation statement
• Withholding tax compliances and remittances within due time as per statutory compliance
• Aging list of Creditors & Debtors including follow-up with the development team for preparation of invoices
• Facility Management
• Human Resource with Recruitment as the secondary responsibility
