Good customer support in terms of written and verbal communication
Act as the single point of contact for customers for any complaints, inquiries and issues
Complete service orders and service reports in a timely manner
MS Excel
Analyze issues and develop resolutions
Close co-ordination with QA and Development teams
Basic Knowledge of VTS system and vehicle wiring understanding.
Assist field personnel in providing remote and on-site customer support and services
Plan and schedule customer support related trainings to field staffs
