Job Description

Job Location : 

West Delhi / Gurgaon. 

Job Duties:

  • Ensure correct on-boarding of retail shops and kirana stores. 
  • Train and support retail shops and kirana stores to use Ninjacart mobile app
  • Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries

  • Pitch about Ninjacart to retail shops and kirana stores and make them join the platform

Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to work across the assigned cluster
