Creating awareness on Lalamove and asking drivers to take orders in the Lalamove Platform.
Training driver on Quality, App usage and Safety concerns.
Having drivers in hand to ensure order Fulfillment in their respective locations.
Able to convert the drivers to the monthly attachment.
Flexible to work in different timings.
Flexible to travel upto 5km to onboard the drivers.
Requirement
At least 1 year field sales experience in vehicles (drivers or owners) acquisition.
- Relevant companies include ride-hailing platforms (like Uber, Ola), mini-truck/bike aggregators (like Porter, TruckEasy, Dunzo, Rapido), food delivery platforms (like Swiggy, Zomato, UberEats), e-commerce delivery companies (like Shadowfax, Delhivery, Ecom Express), or traditional intra-city transporters, etc.
- Proficiency in spoken English. Confident in talking and selling to drivers.
- Honest and hard-working.
- Have a 2 wheeler
