The sales team at Ninjacart is all about driving growth by solving customer problems and ensuring we deliver compelling value proposition. On a typical day, sales team drives, Customer acquisitions, retention, growing basket size and growing Ninjacart platform
Responsibilities and Duties-
• As a Sales Executive you will pitch about Ninjacart to customers and make them join Ninjacart platform. • Sales Executive will ensure correct onboarding of customers.
• Sales Executive will train and support clients to use Ninjacart mobile app.

2. Onboarding of Customers
● Training customers on ninjacart sales process - Ordering, delivery, Returns and collections ● Do’ and Don’t of customers - what will get them blocked or rewarded ● Help customers install ninjacart mobile app and train them to use order app | ● No of training issues reported to central team by customers ● Process Violations by customers |
3. Retaining customer accounts
● Build a strong relationship with customers through trust and reliability - At no point, you should break customer trust ● Passion to solve customer problems and queries proactively ● Find ways to improve customer business genuinely - Customer walk-ins, sales, income or reduce cost ● Ensure daily orders from customers ● In case of drop in customer order frequency - do a root cause analysis, work with relevant internal stakeholders and get the customer back ● Customer should find value in each of your visit | ● Growth in active customer base ● Weekly order per customer |
4. Grow customer basket size
