Bharatiya Yuva Shakti trust is a not-for-profit organization that primarily assists disadvantaged Indian youth to develop business ideas into viable enterprises under the guidance of a mentor, the main idea being assisting job seekers become job creators. The programs include supporting young underprivileged entrepreneurs by supplementing financing with training, support, monitoring and networking. The organization operates in 10 regions in India with nearly 100 staff. We are now in the process of establishing the HR systems and need valuable inputs on the same. We are looking for such expertise from a senior HR professional. The person preferably from the development sector should be well versed with modern HR Systems, organizational diagnosis and development interventions, creating processes towards sharpening competitiveness, building skills, a proactive environment full of human competence and empowerment.
