Responsibilities
● Responsible for End-to-end handling and Coordination in Receiving and Dispatching of FnV (Fruits & Vegetables).
● To ensure dispatch of FnV to the customers in a timely fashion.
● Monitoring labour work habits and making it sure that all the tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
● Responding Quickly and Practically in emergencies, crises or unexpected problems during the shift.
● Keeping Shift Managers and Upper-level Management apprised of daily operations.
● Ensure hassle-free operations at the Distribution Centre.
Requirements
● Willingness to work in any given shifts and ready for stretch in work timings.
● Manages time effectively and efficiently.
● Demonstrates an ability to multitask on a daily basis.
● Demonstrates familiarity with basic computer programs such as MS Word and MS Excel.
● Able to handle manpower in an efficient way.
● Training labours and being able to draw out work from the team of subordinates.
Experience : - 1 - 2 years in warehouse
