Designation - Assistant / Deputy Manager
- Attending Medical OPD & other daily activities of OHC along with Paramedics
- Health Checkup of the employees and contract workers (Pre-Employment / Periodical /
Annual) - Assistance / delivering first aid in case of injury and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Assistance in admission to hospital and handling medical & surgical emergencies arising
out of injury / incident / sickness etc. - Identification of Occupational health hazards at different units/locations across refinery
- Identification of notifiable diseases (if any) as per the Factories Act
- Draw annual plan, ensure its implementation, periodic review of plan & identify
opportunities of improvement - First Aid Training to subordinates / Medical Assistants
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain the required records
