Job description

face to face fundraising Team leader who will guide a team of 10 people on corporate areas and raise donations for our NGO.
Must be an experienced Team leader (fundraiser) in a NGO
Must be able to work under pressure/infield guiding team
Must be able to fulfill his/her target and make sure that agents target is fulfilled
Must be sincere/punctual/must have leadership skills

Profile

To generate funds through Face-to-Face fundraising technique by pitching about our working areas/events/programs/achievements.o Proven experience of exceeding targets and working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)o Acquire new donors and create lead for potential donors.o Strong networking skills in building relationship with a natural ability to adapt appropriately to different audiences.o Excellent ability to motivate, inspire and influence people.o Act like a spokesperson by providing right information effectively to the donors.o Flexibility and willingness to travel where needed to support events.o Maintain the data of the donors.o To create & update all visiting data.o Ability to think creatively and to respond quickly to new opportunities and changes in the funding environment Update self-knowledge about our projects, events and achievements.o Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization.o Perform other duties as and when assigned by the line manager.

:
Team Leader - 1.5 years & above

Graduate / Post Graduate
