JOB DESCRIPTION OF Event Manager:-
Responsibility & Duties:-
Managing the promotional, social& business aspects of an event is the job of an Event
Manager. These professional see to every aspect & detail that ensures an event is successful.
An event Manager usually performs many of the following tasks:-
Monitor the event while it’s taking place & resolve issue on site as they arise
Preparing Event Calendar
Compliance with all health & safety regulations
Promote with all health & safety regulations
Promote the event & develop advertising plans.
Managing event budgets ,make a business plan & Event calendar
Tie up with Hotels, corporates ,Clubs ,Colleges ,Schools, Annual fest, Party’s, Events,
Exhibitions, Conferences
Generating innovative idea
produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal
obligations, staffing and budgets)
liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the event
manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs
coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to
ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
Train the team for the Event
Qualifications:-
Preferably from food (F&B) Industry.
Diploma in Event Planning & Management from recognize Institute
