Requirement: 1 Experience: 2-3 yrs (BTL activities) Salary: 25k to 28k (can max. upto 30k if candidate is good) Coordinator–

Job description Responsible for Marketing Targets Coordination and monitoring Promoters – in running events and generation of new leads, meeting quality lead generation and conversion targets, Appointing and meeting the targets of new potential apartments Organizing and coordinating events for branding as well as lead generation Ensure 100% conversion of Qualified Leads to Orders Responsible for Delivery excellence & Customer Service Monitoring Service excellence of Promoters Apartment association meetings on a regular basis for relationship building and event organizing Ensuring promoters visits
  

Responsible for resolving all the BTL activities

Responsible for Planning Monthly event Plan should be submitted and signed off with manager at the beginning of the month – Plan has to cover event running and lead generation and conversion targets Monthly Event Running Plan should be submitted and signed off with respective manager at the beginning of the month Daily field level work planning and reporting Responsible for Reporting & Corrective Action Ensure compliance to Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports are submitted Collecting consumer visit feedback reports What Coordinator should do when Meets the Promoters Business Development Discuss with Promoters what the action items from previous meeting were and what the progress is.
Engage the Promoters and Plan for events, door to door campaigns, sampling campaigns Delivery Standards Discuss consumer complaints in detail and make sure they understand they should not repeat the mistakes Meets a new Apartments Plan should be in place to Meet the association along with the promoters in regular intervals Discuss BTL activities and get the written permission from association.
Prepare complete information of apartments- it supposed to have info like- how many flats are there in that apartment and where we need to organize the event Meets a new/existing Consumer Talk about Akshayakalpa products and Services Ask about Akshayakalpa product quality

Or new products they are looking for What Coordinator should do when Meets the Promoters Business Development Discuss with Promoters what the action items from previous meeting were and what the progress is.  Ask them to post in their circles/groups about Akshayakalpa & Products Ask for referrals and help on business development Ask for consumer referrals and leave some promotional material at their place, share the whatsapp promotional creative Ask for Group meetings in their community/apartment – neighbors, clubhouse meeting, event/activity, kids activities etc., How Consumer can participate Talk about to be a farmer for a day initiative and share the whatsapp creative Talk about Consumer visits to the farms in the weekends with friends and family Talk about Akshayakalpa’s work and philosophy – Share the Whatsapp creative on that same.

Set your run Plan for the current month targets and submit to respective manager Plan for the monthly additional events Target for 100% marketing events Target for 100% conversion of potential/qualified leads to orders AND on All working days Track daily plans published in the scrum list, provide suggestions and feedback and see where the promoters/Team member needs help. Track and Report and provide feedback on daily events Track the Market Indent promoters wise and event wise and provide the reports and feedback to Management Meet the promoters in the field and ensure the quality of the events. Meet the key and consumers talk about service quality, ask for referrals and how consumers can participate in Akshayakalpa programs Monitor and coordinate the events in your area of operation to meet the committed targets as per the monthly plan Due diligence on appointment of association by physically meeting them before appointment.

Call people on phone to follow-up on the pending things/previous action items. Need to spend 100% of your time in the field meeting promoters, consumers and association, and event organizers.
