Estimation & Costing
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quotations and presentations for the projects
- Issue Proforma Invoice, place orders with the Companies etc.
- Able to handle the projects independently
- Maintain track of all the on-going projects & regularly provide update on the same
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
- Once the Project order is confirmed –
- She /He should know the project materials are ordered or not.
- When the materials is supposed to arrive.
- Material checking after arrival & lamp and accessories are ordered or not.
- When to dispatch the material to clients.
- Installations when has to be done.
- prepare Monthly reports of the projects and update the same to the Companies
- capable of handling any type of correspondence independently
- Able to communicate with the clients
Female / Male CANDIDATE for handling Projects/ Quotation
Experienced Person required in similar work (4+ yrs)
Worked in similar Industry (Lighting)
Qualification: Any degree holder
