Job description

Responsible for day to day E-commerce operations at the hub.
Manage a minimum of 15 delivery Associates (4 wheeler and 2 wheeler)
Make sure that the required number of vehicles are deployed on time & in case of contingencies backup vehicle to be arranged.
Handle receiving the inventory, picking, verification and checkouts.
Manage returns and replacement processes.
Make sure that all DA's submit the cash collected on the same day.
Work closely with Amazon's ground staff and make sure that high volumes are assigned to our DA's
Respond to client issues on immediate basis (calls/ whatsapp)
