Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries or leads – via telephone or e mail.
- Manage the orders received via email or helpline.
- Inventory management and ensuring on time order fulfillment.
- Co-ordinate with other departments for smooth execution of orders.
- Query management – answer any queries or complaints received on mail or phone.
- Maintain MIS and proper reporting.
Skills:
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- MS Office and computer knowledge.
- Preferably knowledge of online shopping websites.
- Ability to manage files and records.
- Time management skills.
