Job description

  • Experienced in setting an Inside Sales team, process, and technology
  • Build and manage a global team of SDR - Sales Development Reps
  • Hire, train and coach SDRs
  • Experience in using sales management tools like Salesforce
  • Must have managed a target of at least $1M in sales.
  • Must of sales experience in North America and/or Europe
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Create a Lead Generation and nurturing system to build a pipeline to support company sales targets
  • Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
  • Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Participate in Management meetings for planning and reporting progress
  • Collaborates with marketing, product development and implementation, marketing and advertising initiatives
  • with assigned individuals throughout the organization to design sales collateral material.
  • Develops and implements strategic distribution and growth plan for product lines to grow desirable market share and transform under-performing markets
  • Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management
