- Ideating and executing campaigns on a regular basis
- Goal setting and analysing key metrics on a regular basis and actioning on the changes pro-actively with a data-centric approach
- Generating new content ideas and driving content marketing initiatives to drive more traffic and engagement on the website and social media channels
- Devising campaigns to drive online traffic to the company website
- Maximize campaign ROI via split testing on ad copies to help optimize copy, creative and audience targeting
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, PPC and paid social marketing
- Track site performance and develop new processes to improve SEO traffic
- Preparing reports on performance on individual campaigns along with other teams
- Responsible for devising email and SMS marketing campaigns along with implementation and tracking performance
What you bring:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and a strong vision of the future of online travel industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a creative sense of design
- Demonstrable leadership and decision making skills
- Good with data and attention to detail
