Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
full understanding of customisations that can be done in all social platforms
Constantly engage in social media analytics- of the brand and its competitors in various product categories and update management on the findings
must be comfortable being the single point of contact for clients if needed
