- 2 Plus Years’ experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer
- Hands-on hardware experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Good working knowledge of Computer Hardware, Office automation products, Computer peripherals, like Printers and Scanners, network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking skills to give clear technical instructions.
EDUCATION:
- Graduate / B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
PROFILE
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems, conduct remote troubleshooting
- Provide Computer Hardware Support and technical assistance.
- Help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
