- 1. Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop Operating System like windows 7 and Windows 10.
- 2. Configuring and troubleshooting of email applications: MS Outlook (2010, 2013 and 2016)
- 3. Taking remote user machines with help of IM tools like Jabber and resolve the issues.
- 4. Incident escalation to second level team and follow defined process.
- 5. Windows Service Pack Installation and Security patch updating.
- 6. Familiar with ticketing tools like Service Now and BMC Remedy
- 7. Performing troubleshooting on assigned ticket and resolve the problems within SLA.
- 8. Excellent knowledge of systems registries, permissions and drivers.
- 9. Troubleshooting and resolving basic network issues like LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and VPN issues
- 10. Providing support to client 24X7.
- 11. Printer Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting.
- 12. Basic knowledge of Windows active directory.
