Installing and configuring local customized softwares. Provide training to users for the software.
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support to US/UK customers.
Handling issues of all kind of third party softwares and networking issues of windows operating system.
Basic troubleshooting of MAC OS and Ipad/Iphone setup issues.
Troubleshooting of No Boot and No Internet Issues.
Handling Network Troubleshooting and Installation of Operating System such as Windows XP, Windows VISTA, Windows 7 and Windows 8, 8.1 &10.
Providing resolution for Laptops and Desktops for Hardware/Software and Operating system.
Prepare valid document according to the standard template provided by the client.
Expertise in Browser Issues like issues related to IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Send daily case tracker to the superiors.
Providing resolution with delivery in perspective by collecting the maximum and accurate information before solving it.
Trying to get VOCs from clients on each session.
