- Have to provide support to customers related to all Delivery related queries.
- Have to entertain inbound calls and emails of customers.
- Provide live status of shipment trackers.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS- Office, and Excel.
- Must be soft-spoken and good in communication.
Interview Process
1. Each candidate to go through a versant written test (test platform will be provided by Amazon)
2. Shortlisted candidates to go through one in-person interview.
