Delivery Service Liaison- Pune

• Have to provide support to customers related to all Delivery related queries.
• Have to entertain inbound calls and emails of customers.
• Provide live status of shipment trackers.
• Basic computer knowledge of MS- Office, and Excel.
• Must be soft spoken and good in communication.

Interview Process

1. Each candidate to go through a versant written test (test platform will be provided by Amazon) 

2. Shortlisted candidates to go through one in-person interview.

Candidate will be on a contractual period of 11 months on a third party payroll, which is extendable based on performance.
