- Have to provide support to customers to all Delivery related queries.
- Have to entertain inbound calls and emails of customers.
- Provide live status of shipment trackers to the customers.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS- Office, and Excel.
- Must be soft-spoken and good in communication.
The candidate will be on a contractual period of 6 months on a third-party payroll, which is extendable based on performance.
