Job description

Pick-up and deliver food packages from a variety of (Delhi) restaurants to different customer address through navigation.
Check for items and keep the quality of food intact. Zero spillage to be ensured.
Strictly follow route and time schedule (minimum possible time)
Weekend working needs to be done to earn maximum incentives and increase salary.
Follow company's grooming and discipline standards.
Represent the company to the customer with responsibility, politeness, and integrity.
Honesty, regularity, and dedication towards work

Payouts:

Total Orders	Rs
Min. guarantee (10 hrs login) per shift/day	500/-
Joining bonus	Rs.4000
Per order payout	Rs.15 to 120 (depend on order distance)

Delivery boys can earn upto Rs.30k per month.
There will joining bonus of Rs.4000 apart from daily salary
There will be daily/weekly/monthly incentives for delivery boys
Delivery boys will get weekly salary from Swiggy
Also, there is life insurance of Rs.5 lakh for all delivery boys + Medical insurance of Rs.2 lakh

Note:- Candidate have to bring earphones along with them while coming for the interview.
